Make perfectly crispy toasted ravioli quickly in your air fryer. This simple recipe uses frozen ravioli for a fast, satisfying appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the frozen ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket; work in batches if necessary to achieve crispiness.
  3. Lightly spray the ravioli with olive oil or cooking spray. This helps them brown and crisp up.
  4. If using, toss the ravioli gently with the Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
  5. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.
  6. Check for doneness; the ravioli should be golden brown and crispy on the outside. If they are not crisp enough, continue cooking for 1 to 2 more minutes.
  7. Remove carefully and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For the best results when cooking frozen ravioli, avoid overlapping them in the basket.
  • If you are using fresh or homemade ravioli, you may need to lightly bread them first and reduce the cooking time slightly.
  • Marinara sauce or Alfredo sauce make excellent dipping sauces for this crispy air fryer snack.
