2 large eggs

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined. Do not overmix.
Stir in the rolled oats, chocolate chips, pecans, and coconut (if using) by hand until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
