3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
Place the sliced carrots on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, stir in the honey and fresh thyme, if using. Whisk until the glaze is smooth.
