Make this classic frozen strawberry daiquiri using real strawberries for a refreshing summer cocktail. This recipe is quick to blend and perfect for parties or poolside sipping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Garnish: Fresh strawberry or lime wedge

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients: frozen strawberries, white rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and ice.
  2. Place the frozen strawberries, rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice into your blender.
  3. Blend the mixture on high speed until it reaches a smooth, frosty texture. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed.
  4. Taste the daiquiri and add more simple syrup if you prefer more sweetness. Blend briefly to combine.
  5. Pour the frozen strawberry daiquiri into a chilled cocktail glass.
  6. Garnish the rim with a fresh strawberry or a lime wedge before serving immediately.

Notes

  • For a thicker, icier drink, use slightly less liquid or add a few more frozen strawberries.
  • If you want a non-alcoholic daiquiri (virgin strawberry daiquiri), omit the rum and add 1-2 ounces of water or lime-lemon soda.
  • For a sugar rim, run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip it into granulated sugar before pouring the drink.
